Mercy Health Center to Host “Day of Dance for Health”
Mercy Health Center invites the community to join with 65 other communities across the US in the sixth annual national
Spirit of Women Day of Dance for Health on Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 9 a.m.- noon at the Fort Scott Middle School. The event will combine the fun of dancing to different forms of music, such as rock ‘n’ roll, country, salsa and hip hop, with health screenings and consumer education on heart disease and other women’s health issues.

The Mercy Health Center Rehabilitation
staff is pleased to announce Kimberly Biller,
Speech and Language Pathologist, has joined the
Rehabilitation department. Biller’s
responsibilities began January 4, 2010.
Mercy Home Care marks anniversary with poster contest
Mercy Home Care is celebrating its 35th anniversary of
service to the Fort Scott area. The home care service
was established by Mercy in November 1974 and today
serves approximately 900 annually, providing in-home
nursing care, therapy services and medication
administration, among other services.
Mercy’s giant teacup seeks authentication
for “world’s largest”
Mercy’s attempt to create the
“world’s largest cup of tea” on Saturday, Sept. 26 is seeking authentication by Guinness World Records, the universally recognized authority on record-breaking achievement. |
